Bonde Joins Placester to Accelerate Company's Growth With Data-Driven Approach
BOSTON, MA --(Marketwired - February 11, 2016) - Placester, a marketing software suite that fuses technology and design to dramatically improve the home buying process for real estate consumers and professionals, today announced the addition of Allen Bonde as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Bonde brings more than 20 years of experience and a passion for data-driven marketing and self-service apps to his role at Placester.
Placester is growing at an incredible pace; its real estate marketing software is now used by one in five real estate professionals in the country, including individual agents, brokers and enterprise-level organizations like Keller Williams and RE/MAX Integra. Total investment in Placester is $50 million, and overall growth is reflected in the rapid pace of new hires: nearly 100 in the last year, including Bonde.

Allen Bonde has always been an advocate of self-service apps and highly targeted marketing. Bonde comes to Placester from OpenText, Canada's largest software company, where he served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Innovation. Prior to that, Bonde was CMO and co-founder of Offerpop, a social content marketing platform, and CMO for the services arm of KANA Software. Bonde began his career as a data scientist and researcher, specializing in online advertising and e-commerce with McKinsey & Company and Yankee Group Research.
